VAHN-TECH manufactures superior cast steel Slab gate valves in a variety of designs, materials, trims, packing types, sizes (2” thru48”) and pressure classes (150 thru 2500).

 Slab Gate valves are designed in accordance with API 6D with solid or parallel slide wedge/disc, bolted bonnet or welded bonnet.

 Body and bonnet castings are precision machined with joint accurately machined.

 One-piece bonnet for better alignment and fewer parts for sizes up to 16".

 Carbon Steel, Low temperature Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel as well as nickel and exotic alloys available.

 Flange dimensions in accordance with ASME B16.5 for valves up to 24” nominal diameter and ASME B16.47 for valves28" and up.

 By-Pass, Lantern rings, grease injectors, special connections, etc available as option.

 Low fugitive emissions tested.

 Through Conduit Gate Valve structure ensures tightness of the gate against the seal whether the disc is open or close. The seal is protected from the media, extending the service life of the product. In full open position, the flow resistance coefficient is negligible resulting in almost no pressure loss.
