Features
VAHN-TECH manufactures superior cast steel OS&Y globe valves in a variety of designs, materials, trims, packing types,sizes (2” thru 18”) and pressure classes (150 thru 2500).
Globe valves are designed in compliance with API 6D / BS 1873 / API 623.
Full choice of bonnet available: Bolted bonnet, welded bonnet or pressure seal bonner.
Special trim design available: Proportional trim, quick opening trim, bellow seal design, etc.
Body and bonnet castings are precision machined with joint accurately machined.
One-piece bonnet for better alignment and fewer parts.
Carbon Steel, Low temperature Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel as well as nickel and
exotic alloys available.
Globe valves option in accordance with API-603 only for stainless steel & nickel alloys.
Gate and Globe valves for Cryogenic service with gas column in accordance with BS-6364 upon request.
Flange dimensions in accordance with ASME B16.5.
By-Pass, Lantern rings, grease injectors, special connections, etc available as option.
Low fugitive emissions tested.
Cryogenic service with gas column in accordance with BS-6364 upon request.
